Royal Kona Resort is a fabulous place to stay. I recommend a King corner room overlooking the pool side. Perfect for whale and Spinner Dolphin sightings 😀

The property was clean, but it was so outdated. It doesn't need a new coat of paint it needs a complete overhaul.The furniture is quite old. The carpeting was worn and ugly. There isn't even a microwave in the room and the coffee maker was subpar. The property location is great. Very picturesque, but that really was the only positive.
