It’s a beautiful resort right on the ocean. Its restaurant is also right on the ocean with outdoor seating and of course direct view of the sunsets. The bar makes the best Mai Tais which they offer you two free at check-in. Our room was a large corner unit with rap around windows and balcony with an ocean view. The staff was very polite and friendly.

This is probably a great place to stay when you’re in your 20s and want to party, but it was not suitable for kids/families. People were partying until 3:00am all over the property and neighborhood. There were also a ton of bugs in the bathroom.

A nice place and good location. Only things we did not like was 1) the pool closes at sunset which is actually ridiculous. We visited in winter so sunset is at 6:30pm. We would’ve loved to spend time in the pool in the evening after being out exploring the island all day but were unable to. And 2) the shower handles in the room barely worked and were practically about to fall off. For what we paid you’d expect at least better working showers.

Courteous staff, nice enough accommodations, if overpriced for what you get. In our room, outside noise was deafening; the a/c was loud and above our headboard so impossible to sleep with it on (so uncomfortable nights); the TV faced nothing to sit or lie on for viewing.

Check in was swift and easy. The cleaning services were excellent. The concierge was very personable. Our waitress at Don’s Mai Thai was very professional the one time we had breakfast on resort.

The room and bathroom were very dated. Silding doors old and difficult to close. No fan in the bathroom. Staff unhelpful except for Maria at the front desk and Paul in food & beverage. Restaurant had bad food, got to go orders wrong. Did not carry milk?? Overall poor service and the hotel is in poor condition.

Our room was filthy. The presence of what appeared to be bed bugs, along with visible mold, mildew, and unsanitary bathroom conditions (including hair and general filth), made the hotel room uninhabitable. We vacated the property within approximately 10 minutes of arrival due to these conditions. No alternative room or satisfactory remedy was offered by hotel staff at the time. As a result, we were forced to secure alternative lodging immediately, which cost more than double the original accommodation.
