No complaints! Easy to walk everywhere, and having beach access was nice. Would stay here again if beach access was the deciding factor. For this trip, it was. Everything you might need is close by. The only negative was the spa is small, and didn't work the day we arrived, and was lukewarm. I think it got fixed but I didn't try again.

Staff was very nice and helpful, location was phenomenal, rooms were clean. Only complaint, bathrooms need more hooks/bars for towels, especially if staying with family.

The staff practically went out of their way to be unpleasant and unhelpful. For a 400 dollar a night stay, the valet basically ignored me while I was trying to figure out the parking situation, and the front desk staff said they “don’t know anything about chromecast” (that their TVs purport to be able to cater to). On the positive side, the room was nice, clean and basically… adequate.

A friendly, convenient property, within walking distance of shops and restaurants, with a great view of everything that takes place on the pier.

Appreciated the small beach and especially the Availability of beach chairs and an umbrella if you got there early enough (they only set aside a certain number for hotel guests and rent the rest). Easy walking to dining options and sunset. Not sure when the last time the floor was vacuumed and the bathroom door was a little warped, but comfortable and clean bed.

Great location, with plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The beach is convenient although a bit boring (too sheltered, no waves) and colder than other beaches. Property in good condition and clean.

We love the King K. The staff are excellent and very friendly. Definitely deliver the Aloha spirit. The restaurant is quite good and so handy. Our only teeny tiny complaint... not really even that, was the evening singers were a tad bit loud (lovely) and whilst the first night was lovely...got a bit tired by night 4. Definitely would recommend.

Location on the water & in town is perfect. Concierge Adam was excellent & very helpful . Check in was 3pm & room wasn’t ready until 5 pm. Self serve laundry is a plus. Bar service at hotel pool area was SLOW. Overall I would stay again.
