Hotel is very clean, lively, family friendly and has great Holiday spirit all around. It is centrally located to the mall, beaches and driving distance to many visiting places. Staff are very friendly and house keeping staff are polite and timely for any sort of room service requests. The gym is also very functional one.

We experienced a flight cancellation and had to make a same day booking. After waiting 6 hours at the airport for the flight, and waiting nearly an hour for a ride to the hotel, we waited for a full hour to check in to the hotel. The line was extremely long and slow moving. When we finally got to the counter the individual who checked us in was kind and provided us an upgraded room, but we were absolutely exhausted.

Front desk staff is not respect customer. The staff did not explain anything and acted as a racism. No clear guidance where to check in, staff did not tell customer any information about when to check out, how to get to elevator, what hotel can offer. Saying nothing like the staff cannot speak.
