Friendly and helpful staff. Called house keeping a few times and they were quick to help. Room was always cleaned properly. Breakfast was delicious(mochi waffles and fried rice!), cafe staff were very kind. Parking lady was so sweet. Internet on the slower side (especially if you’re working) great experience! View was beautiful (Waikīkī tower ocean view) bathroom tight.

Room was spotless and clean, the sheets were comfortable and soft. Temperature of the room was comfortable, not hot and not too cold-perfect. It was well lit, noise free and overall enjoyable!
