Beachfront with an amazing view of the harbor, sunsets, and close to both beaches. We really enjoyed the fireworks on Friday night, right from our hotel room window. We were on the 21st floor and didn't want to ever leave! I would say one improvement to the facility would be a second and even third hot tub in the pool area. It was always jam-packed with people, but the swimming pool and the infinity pool were very usable and nice.

The room size was excellent. The staff is all very friendly and helpful. The views from this hotel were amazing. The breakfast at the hotel restaurant (100 Sails) was our favorite. We ate there everyday.

The room I lived was smelling like someone smoked inside before even though the hotel is a smoking free property. The house keeper was rude, she knocked our door and get into the room at the same time when I was sleeping, didn’t even wait for my reponse after knocking the door, and NO apologies, she said “It’s okay”. But it NOT ok for us. Very disappointed for a 4.5 star hotel.

The staff was great, the room was quiet and comfortable with a nice view. The restaurant 100 Sails (we went there once, on one of the 5 nights we stayed) is very good as well. Proximity to the Ala Moana mall and park is nice. Excellent value relative to the nearby hotels that are actually on Waikiki Beach. The gym is relatively small, but there were generally only a few people in there (perhaps because it was small?).

Easy walking to Ala Moana, nearby McDonald's and ABC store. Room is clean and overall property is up-kept. Breakfast buffet is the same everyday, but we have lounge access so we can hop between. Lounge is quiet and food is good.
