The room was fine. No body soap in the bathroom though fully stocked with shampoo and conditioner. Bus was described all wrong via phone. Perhaps id the she had said the same bus as the Best Western. We would nit have wsited at tge airport for almost an hour! Grrr. Rise at front desk was sweet and apologetic. Morning staff was friendly and kind.
