Every thing was in working order, clean, comfortable. But this is an aging hotel.its biggest asset is location to airport and shuttle.

Everything was fairly clean, even though the the hotel is obviously older. I didn’t like all the fees that kept adding up on my bill without any kind of notice beforehand as far as I know. The amenities Bill every day was taken off my account, but then all of it was refunded, and it was a lump sum in my account which no one explained to me. I had to call to get that figured out. There was also a charge of nine dollars supposedly for some audit that was done after I checked in. I already paid a lot for the hotel and it just felt like everywhere I turned, and there was extra fees. And yes, there was a placard on the front counter, explaining the amenity fee, but no one explained it to me verbally when I checked in. It should be something they explain without having to just notice the sign. Other than that, the rooms were clean everybody was attentive and nice and I enjoyed the stay. Just didn’t like all the financial stuff that came up.

The hotel was very dated and the corridors had an odd smell. The beds were tiny, standard 4 ft doubles at best and not at all comfortable. The staff didn't seem engaged and made it feel like doing their job was a massive effort and the shuttle bus only runs once per hour which is not enough.

I believe that the hotel was misrepresented. The pictures online look a thousand times better than the real thing! I thought that because it has the name Wyndham that it was going to be nice; boy was I mistaken! I ended up paying over $250.00 for a six hour stay. The bed was so uncomfortable that we didn’t have much sleep. Took us over an hour to find the hotel, and it didn’t even have a bar! They charged me $44.00 to park my rental car for 6 hours! Even said if I didn’t want to be charged that I could return my rental car and the hotel shuttle would pick us up. Not very realistic.
