Excellent location, nice heated deep pool, nice balconies, good restaurants, friendly staffs. The escalator and elevator from the ground level to lobby and upstairs broke and they seem to be keeping it that way. So heavy suitcases you need to drag it up or down.

The front desk guy wasnt accommodating at all when we first arrived. No welcome greeting at all,just asked my last name.The rooms looks outdated and there was an electricity outage on our last night stay,we had to stay at the lobby because there was a long line of people trying to use the elevator which was generator operated and saw several homeless people roaming around the lobby.Anyone can enter the hotel and ride the elevator because theres no security checking them. And theres no need to use a room card to get in the elevator like other hotels,for security. I wont return there anymore.

Everything but the power outage last day it started around 11.30am and lasted till 10.40 pm and than our AC blew up.Wasted some groceries overall it was good. Like to know why ONLY Ilikae was the lone hotel without power!!!

Room was spotless, view was of the marina and ocean but not fireworks. Room service daily was lovely, girl was quiet lots of shops onsite. Free ice cream and water tickets provided daily. Great location!

I stayed at this hotel for a 4-night reservation. Check-in was smooth and the room seems clean. However, there is no central A/C system — only a wall-mounted air conditioner. When it was running, the room became extremely dry. After the first night, I developed many red, itchy rashes on both legs. I informed the hotel, and they did come to change the bedding, but unfortunately the rash made the rest of my trip very uncomfortable. I couldn’t go into the ocean or enjoy swimming, and it also affected my ability to rest. The hotel is located away from Waikīkī Beach — walking to the beach takes about 20 minutes — but the transportation around the area is fairly convenient. Overall, I don’t enjoy the stay at the hotel, the skin reaction and dryness in the room made this stay quite difficult.

Resort was a great location. The beds in the room are not comfortable and were very hard. The sleeper sofa slept better with a springing mattress than the actual beds. They definitely need to upgrade the beds for the price.
