Nice, inexpensive, mom and pop style hotel. Rooms were clean and has a nice pool. It's not an upscale hotel, but the location makes it a nice way to save some money, yet be right in the middle of it all. Walking distance to tons of shopping, great restaurants, and the famous Waikiki Beach!

In a great location close to the beach, rooms are a little outdated , there is a beautiful pool, and the hotel is gated at night, friendly , safe

1970s vibes, Very much outdated and it felt very unsecure. The widows were covered by wood slates and a screen. Not really much to keep someone from entering your room when you aren't there. The reviews I read and the photos I saw before booking did not seem to be the same place. Not happy with my choice but due to some travel glitches we needed a last minute place to stay.

The location of this property is absolutely amazing, and walkable to everything in Waikiki. The staff were consistently responsive and kind, answering all of our questions and taking care of our needs throughout our stay. The room was clean, but unfortunately the bed was extremely uncomfortable—hard as a rock—and the shower was very small. The kitchen, including the stove, and other furnishings definitely need updating. While the property has great potential, some improvements are needed to match the fantastic location and service.

This place is old, certainly dirty. My room had ants running around the bathroom and they could not get rid of them. They migrated to the clothes hanging area, there is no wardrobe. I bought my own spray and eradicated them. No kettle in room. "Free" coffee in lobby till 11am whoopee!

Staff are not friendly. Guests are not allowed to use the other swimming pool when asked, as well the staff said they don’t speak Tagalog but once we left they started speaking inTagalog.

Nice grounds, nice staff. Outside appearance was good and well kept. Inside room condition was very worn out and badly needs updating. Good bed, lousy couch. Very rough around the edges with the paint and trim work. Bathroom was very beat up, but everything was functional.
