TERRIBLE Experience! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely disappointing. The elevator situation was a nightmare! One elevator was broken, and the only functioning one was extremely small, barely fitting six people, and slow. At night, things got even worse: several people were knocking on hotel room doors and screaming in the hallway, making it impossible to sleep. We tried calling the front desk multiple times, but no one ever answered. More ridiculous fact is that the hotel had the audacity to charge us a daily fee despite all these issues. The situation escalated to the point where some guests called 911, and police officers actually showed up. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. We will never come back here again!

Good value place to stay.

Great hotel for the price. Location is good - central Waikīkī, with amazing eating options in easy walking distance. And beach is easy to walk to as well. No views and rooms are worn, but it was clean and quiet with great location so we were perfectly happy.

This property is a bargain for Waikiki but it is also a case of you get what you pay for. I liked the location, the balcony on my room and the size of the room. I disliked the lack of housekeeping during my stay (they only provide for stays after the 3rd night). I also disliked the moldy carpet, moldy wallpaper and mold in the bathroom shower area. Very convenient to the heart of the beach area, shops and restaurants but if you want a nicer hotel you have to pay for it.
