The room smelled bad. Smelled like mold. The carpet was wet. I don’t know why we had to pay resort fees when we had to walk to the beach. The pool was small. This was not a resort. Then they tried to charge us 500 as a deposit in case we smoked on the balcony. They charged us for parking 60 a night. Over charged and the quality of the hotel was mid. There were mattresses in the hallways at all times. They put more money on the first floor then the rest of the floors.

I lost a brand new cotton shirt I bought for my son. There are one guy smoke pot down from our apartment. Management switched room for us. There is no clean room tag so we can inform clean staff, just a keep quite tag.

Yea, first off tv remote did not work and toilet support did not help, every time we had to go number 2 let’s just say it was a little uncomfortable, we asked for help on it and got nothing.. Also 3 nights in a row at 11pm-midnight people were yelling, screaming, laughing, playing loud music, and throwing soil from plants at one another, I notified hotel but nothing happened.. (note we had children) I always wanted to stay here and we come to Hawaii very often and for this to be my experience on my birthday, I was very disappointed.
