Location and amenities were excellent. Staff cordial and always friendly. Room 811 was noisy with constant knocking of pipes or elevator shaft. Requested moving and was moved to older wing on 10th floor. Traded one demon for another as the AC was very loud and ran constantly when on despite temp setting. Fan blew straight across the head of the bed the entire time we slept. With AC off it was hot and muggy making sleeping difficult. I did not complain to hotel regarding 2nd room as we had moved once already. Would like to try newer wing before dismissing another stay here.

Better quality food, pricing of food items, hours of operation at restaurant and bar. Improved elevator functionality and housekeeping hit/miss on servicing room. Mattresses were not very firm for someone with back problems. Everyone very friendly however for a Sheraton property just too expensive and lacked quality.

Great staff and location to the strip. Rooms were quiet and comfortable, nothing too fancy. The restaurants, which we did not try, seemed pricey. Parking is expensive but convenient.

The hotel was very good, and built around being a 'resort', with all sorts of activities each day. It's conveniently located. My real issue was with Hotels.com. They said this was a "rare find" with a hotel shuttle. Nope. No shuttle. Imagine our surprise when we landed at the airport expecting a shuttle. $80 additional expense before we even checked in!!!! Not cool, Hotels.com.
