The hotel location is amazing! Walking distance to the beach and shopping area. Spam musubi and poke are right across the street! Hotel is clean, nice staff, great breakfast and good water machine. Valet parking is a big plus that makes our life easier. I would love to come back here :)

Great Stay
Our stay at the Vive Hotel was incredible. On check in they were very efficient and friendly and gave us a small cup of pineapple juice. They were very helpful during our entire stay and were very helpful with our departure. John at service desk went out of his way to help us and make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was delicious and location was perfect! Would definitely recommend this hotel!

I booked a room with an ocean/beach view and was not given one and when I brought it up to management I was told sorry those rooms are already taken. The AC did not work properly, was charged for Parking which is not listed and charge for amenities/ resort fee with or without using them. There’s only about 15 places to sit for breakfast. Other then the location this is not be best place to stay especially for the price.

At the edge of the humongous resorts is this jewel of a boutique hotel. Wonderful breakfasts, clean as a whistle, 2 minutes walk down to the beach, and through resort short cuts to venues like The Blue Note, Duke's, etc. The staff can't do enough for their patrons! Offers of pre-packef breakfasts for early tours,, and all the amenities: beach towels, umbrellas, cooler bags,beach chairs. I jad a couple of post-surgical needs, like a shower chair - the staff had one waiting upon arrival! Fun fact: Vive is only a block from the pickup point for nearly all tours: the green awning at the Hyatt Resort on Koa Avenue. We will always stay here ❤️, and refer all our friends!

The staff was excellent. The room was okay. I was on the 10th floor and the noise from the traffic was still loud. I didn't like the fact that I wasn't made aware that they only have valet parking available until I arrived in my rental car. That's an expense that people should be made aware of in advance.
