This Hotel is perfectly located right across from the beech, but this is the only positive we can point out! Other then the location, this hotel is completely outdated and needs a SERIOUS!!! RENOVATION!!! Rooms "furniture" is JUNK! Carpeting is torn with spots and tears The elevator gets stuck, makes it scary especially if you are at the top floor All services including housekeeping, front desk, Neck support for TV, Coffee machine at the lobby, etc. are all outsourced to a third party companies and no-one takes responsibility when something breaks or simply no functioning. Even the Wake up call service it outsourced, and doesn't work!!!!! TV in the room works poorly and mall functions frequently.

Dampness Everywhere but Location is Good

We know how most hotels in Waikiki make an effort to upkeep the old hotels, this is NOT the case, rooms have faults everywhere, very damp, and with black mould signs. We inspected 5 different rooms to keep the least uncomfortable, they had faulty extractions, faulty mini fridge, faulty AC, worn down beds, etc. But ALL rooms were very damp, we understand they charge for the location which is good if that is what you need, but think about your health and comfort if you consider this hotel.

We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years Their customer service remains top notch. The local is ideal being across the street from the beach and close to our favorite bar and restaurants.

Nice, but noisy

The hotel is nice, had good service and located near the Waikiki action. Very walkable to explore the area shops and beach. Lulu’s restaurant was great and convenient. Our ocean view room had great views but overlooked busy roads, so was quite noisy. We even had a man on loudspeaker preaching at the corner of the zoo across the street on 2 of our 3 days there. If you want a quiet place to relax, this is not it.

I had a corner view which was amazing. Made it worth everything. It was convenient to the beach and the main street for shopping. The only thing i didn't like was that they clean room every 2 days. Staff was super. Especially valet.

Great staff and some good activities/amenities. On site dining was very good also. Rooms a bit small and the guest areas (rooms, hallways, elevators) could use some updating. Overall, a great stay and would absolutely consider staying at this property again.

Sure! Here’s a draft for your review: I stayed at the Park Shore Waikiki, and unfortunately, it didn’t live up to my expectations. The building itself is quite old and feels outdated, with some areas that were noticeably dirty. On top of that, the staff weren’t very friendly or welcoming, which made the overall experience even more disappointing. What bothered me the most was the resort fee—it’s ridiculously high considering there’s not much offered to justify the cost. Yes, the location is convenient, being in Waikiki and close to the beach, but that’s about the only positive I can give. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless all you care about is the location. Let me know if you want to adjust anything!

We were given an upgrade to a 1 bedroom with an amazing ocean and sunset view. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only downside was paying for parking, but all hotels have that here.
