Great hospitality and staff! Good location and walking distance to beach. Staff was friendly and the hotel was clean and beautifully renovated. I would definitely come back and stay again!

Great view but needs more cleaning
It is in the heart of the city and so I can understand that it is one of the older hotels. Nice view, valet for parking was always jammed, costly, the shower head looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year, the hooks in the bathroom for the wall was falling apart. Makes you think for those things that are visible that aren’t fixed what else is behind the scene

I’ve been to Waikiki many times, I’m a Marriott person so we’ve stayed at all of those (Sheraton is our favorite here). But for the money, this place is perfect. Great location, decent pool with all day sun, nice restaurant / bar, gym is decent, and the lobby was a cool vibe all day. What a find!

30th anniversary stay
We had a lovely stay. It is an open air lobby in Waikiki directly across from Waikiki Beach. There is a fun nightlife in the neighborhood, lots of restaurants, ice cream and snow shacks. we only stayed there one night before we flew out, but would like to come back again. I almost forgot, they have daily activities. One of the activities is Lei making. I wish I had been there on a day to do that. The hotel also has beach chairs, and other amenities for you to borrow for a beach day at no cost. We give it five stars.

Very nice but older hotel (built in 1967). Recently updated and seems well managed. Enjoyed our stay and service was good at front desk, valet, room keeping and restaurants. Great location and views from upper floors toward Diamond Head!
