The bathroom had dark dirt or mold in the showers and along the top of the bathroom walls The cleaning staff did the absolute minimum The bed was very uncomfortable, we slept better on the airplane Overall I'd rate this hotel as a 2, it didn't meet half of the it's description, n the only bright spot is its proximity to the beach

Good hotel

Only spend one night before leaving. Comfy bed very good size room and big bathroom with janapese toilet. Next to the hard rock cafe and not far from the beach. Couldnt close the curtains completely so annoying in the morning and small balcony with one lonely chair in the corner. Resort fee of 20p night.

Check in was a breeze. Room is spacious and clean. Location is good, walking distance to Target, beach, shops and restaurants. Receptionist is very helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel to friends.

Not sound proof, very loud area.

I booked this room because it advertised sound proof rooms, however it was far from sound proof. I had ear plugs in and could still hear the very loud party somewhere in the hotel with screaming and cackling party goers… the party was still going past 5 AM when I left the hotel for my race. I paid online when booking the hotel with fees and all, then showed up only to pay another $29 for “hotel fee” and $35 for off site parking. The room did not have blankets and we had to ask for them at the front desk.
