Generally a decent hotel. No issues during my stay. Good location. Shopping, food, the beach all walking distance from the hotel. A couple of things to note, the pillows in my room were flat. I'm not sure if it's that way in other rooms as well. Also, there was only one elevator for my tower. At times there was a wait which is not ideal when one is in a rush, and they do not have stairway access all the way to the ground floor except for the emergency exit but one couldn't go out that way so as not to trigger the emergency alarm.

We really liked how it was located at the center of Waikiki where we could walk everywhere. The staff was very nice and friendly. The rooms are clean and have a balcony if you would like to sit out and get some fresh air as well. Loved our experience at the hotel!

Very close to the beach and other Waikiki attractions. Easy to walk everywhere. The staff was professional, courteous and very helpful providing information specific to me. Simple breakfast options are provided and there is alot of lovely space to relax.

Great location. Close to Waikiki Beach, shops and restaurants. Property needs UPDATED. Staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet quality has been reduced since our last visit.
