The accommodations aren’t the newest or the fanciest, but you get great value and friendly service. The room was clean, the staff was very friendly and full if aloha. I love the location. I was right in the mix in Waikiki and had a lot of fun. The staff was kind enough to help arrange a cab when my departure was during the marathon which complicated things, but they were able to sort it out. I would definitely stay there again.

I was surprised because there was added payment of $84.00 upon check , the staff told me that was for breakfast, WiFi , towels etc. When I made the reservation 3 month ago there was no information about that. It was only said free continental breakfast. The information was very misleading. Wasn’t happy about the $84.00.

Staff were really helpful, kind and supportive, they happily would provide more coffee and towels when needed and helped us out with the washing machines! However the rooms are only cleaned every 3 days which was a bit frustrating, our room was on the 10th floor and was tidy and clean however you could hear the people above in the Pent House thumping around at all hours of the night, the beds were small and not really big enough for two people, as they leaned to one side and you could constantly here a loud humming sound - all of this made it difficult to sleep! The bathroom was tidy but there was a bit of mould and the shower pressure not so great. There is also minimal spare plug outlets in the room! Overall a good option if you are on more of a budget! Close to beach and amenities
