Absolutely loved this property and our oceanfront room. The reason for the five stars is for the adults, only infinity pool overlooking the ocean. Pretty much everything you need is on site and it’s right in the heart of Waikiki so you can walk to everything. The front desk, staff and security team detail need to level up their customer service. I almost wanted to give a three star rating, but the pool and room overlooking the ocean outweigh the bad experience with the customer service team at the front desk. We left some expensive personal items at the pool that’s on us, but we could not find anybody at the hotel who would help us see if our missing items were in lost and found after repeated attempts with multiple parties on site we gave up.

The views were amazing, we booked a pool side cabana and really enjoyed it. We found the resturants limiting, higher prices than nearby hotels and the service slow. We enjoyed the bar, happy hour, food and service much better next door.

The property was well kept up and beautiful. Our room looking out on Waikiki beach, Diamond Head and the infinity pool was dreamy, and an awesome way to start the day. It was difficult to choose a hotel but we absolutely made the best choice of hotels. We walked around some other properties we had considered and the Sheraton Waikiki was still #1 in our minds.

Sheraton has a lot to offer. It has beautiful grounds. The pools were very nice. Everything was relaxing and great except for the maid service. For some reason they wouldn’t come in and clean our room. No, we did not leave do not disturb sign up. It took me three times calling and then going down downstairs to front desk to speak to a manager to get our room cleaned.

on the beach, has garage in the hotel, nothing as great as other reviews saying for sure, nothing special, as thought might be, expected more for the money, rooms are too small, one sink, bathrooms are very small, beach umbrellas/chairs not included in resort fee. Hyatt regency across the street has bigger rooms, more included for less money, but no self-parking garage.
