The location is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The only issue is that the furniture is quite old and could use some updating, as it appears worn and not very clean.

Staff is extremely nice wonderful location our room was with kitchen and two balconies it was huge and amazing

Great hotel and location Great renovations Friendly staff Valet is way to expensive 50.00 a day Fantastic rooms with fully stocked kitchens Walking distance to everything Nice amenities including pool, gym and wine and cheese every evening on the mezzanine Highly recommend

Our stay at this hotel exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect location between the beach and the excitement of downtown Waikiki. The room would be excellent for an extended stay with dishware, toaster oven, coffee maker, and place settings for four. The manager’s reception is a plus and the staff was extremely accommodating to all our needs for storing luggage upon arrival and at checkout. I would highly recommend this hotel when visiting Oahu.
