The staff were amazing even when we had to book extra nights because of airline cancellations. They helped when there was the tsunami warning and evacuations

Decent Rooms/ Great amenities/ Super slow elevator

We booked the double queen bed room. It did feel pretty small, but yet again, it was four of us. Room was clean tho, The amenities like breakfast, pool, and gym were actually really nice. I think the breakfast for sure was the best part. The main thing I definitely did not like at all, and the reason why I would not give this place a five star review is the elevators. They are EXTREMELY slow, at one point I waited around 5 minutes just for an elevator to reach my floor. So just be prepared to be waiting a long time for an elevator especially if you happen to be on a higher floor.

The very nice sky deck with pool hot tub and actives. Pool was a but small but being near an ocean it was great. Did not like that the facility had very minimal parking amf huge fee for parking with the limited spots.

The hotel is a smidge run down and it’s visible in the rooms. Our toilet was constantly clogged which we had to call maintained for, and the water took forever to warm up. It was either cold or super hot. Nothing in between. However the staff is super friendly. And location is easily walkable and safe.

Parking

Parking should be assigned if the guest has mentioned they want parking. I had initially paid for parking while I was there, but had to go back to get a refund each night when there was no parking available. I understand the parking lot is small but you shouldn’t charge upfront for parking when you don’t know if you’re going to have any.
