Everything was excellent except the restaurant attached to the hotel. The food was subpar but it doesnt appear to be affiliated with the hotel so i still give the hotel 5 stars.

This was an extremely disappointing stay. Upon arrival, my assigned room was not available and I was repeatedly moved to different rooms, each in worse condition and location. The rooms were poorly maintained, with wet and foul-smelling carpets, missing basic amenities such as shampoo, and insects inside the room. When I requested a room change due to these issues, I was asked to pay an additional nightly fee for problems that were not caused by me. Staff showed little interest in resolving the situation, and even basic assistance (such as a non-functioning key card) required unnecessary effort on my part. I would not recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Overall good. Had a short stay due wanted to have a Waikīkī hotel for after Kauai and before Aulani. Was amazing location, in the heart of Waikiki. Room was okay.
