Really good experience except smaller things… 1. Charged us $45 to check in an hour early when room was available - most hotels would let you use it in this case. We emailed that morning to ask too. We don’t mind paying for longer periods e.g we paid $60 for late checkout but that was four hours… 2. None of the staff told us that included with hotel were free SUP, body boards, chairs, umbrellas at the beach. So we paid as it’s something everyone wants in waikiki. Lots of chances to inform us. Found out at end. 3. $1.25 per half slice of toast added to breakfast is also kind of silly for a Hilton….

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and clean. The microwave, fridge and tea kettle were very much appreciated. It’s a short walk to plenty of dining options and shops. It’s honestly a very family friendly hotel. Best of all it’s proximity to the beach.

I book with Expedia for one price and then when I have to pay more at the hotel for reservations 400dls they said first 200dls for Deposit and then another 200dls for reservation for stating or something like that so was 400 dls that at the end they keep charging me and never received my deposit back.
