Hyatt location is very convenient to other shops, restaurants and the ocean. The area is very safe even at the wee hours of the night.

I like the the hotel is very nice but was construction cross street is a lot noisy early but everything also is good, the cleaning lady very cordial and friendly in the front counter Sam very helpful and Grace is wonderful person I give her 10 start thank you everyone they’re very nicely kind people thanks mahalo…….

Hotel is centrally located. Buffet was amazing. Staff were great. Tessa is exceptional! Appreciated the towel and beach chair service. Parking was great but pricey. Downside was construction noise in the hotel and behind it.

Grace was the best, hotel room was very clean and good view of ocean. Everything was walking distance. The Shor Restaurant was delicious and staff was amazing.

The resort was very nice with a lot of amenities. I did not like that I had to pay 70 a day for parking on top of the 60 a day resort fee... Hawaii for you

We really enjoyed all the activities that are offered. There is though on the list of amenities for the resort fee, frozen treats by the pool, never was offered them or saw them.
