The resort wasn't as good as it was before in previous stay. The pools were a bit slimy in some areas, there was a lot of construction going on and our first room only had hot water in the shower, so we had to change to a difference room. That being said, the pool and water slides were amazing for the kids and the beach is right there and it's in a great location with lots or shops and restaurants.

First time staying off the Waikiki strip. Not a far walk but when yr tired from all day activities it seems exhausting. Parking on property is outrageous. 69 plus tax is extremely steep. We chose to use SpotHero app for cheaper alternative. But an inconvenience. Beware the resort fee and parking fee adds up. YIKES

The staff who maintains the hotel (maid and delivery servers) were great, friendly and helpful. The front desk staff not so helpful. They gave us the wrong room and tested us like they did us a favor. And when calls were made to correct it, we were treated as an annoyance. The room was very clean and tidy. They're going through and renovating each individual room so stay in one of the unrenovated rooms but it was still a nice and clean place to rest each night and relax in. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Plenty of pools to explore and relax if one is too busy. Lots of options for food and shopping near or a short walk. The ocean view was beautiful and the balcony was nice to hangout in the morning before the sun hits it. The onsite restaurants are okay for a quick bite or last minute option but mid. Lots of places near by to grab a cold drink or snacks. Over all highly recommend this location for a family friendly spot with plenty of close amenities.

Our balcony ocean view was gorgeous! I loved listening to the band play at night too. The room was nice and large but could use some upgrades. Housekeeping was great, staff was friendly and the location was perfect. We had a wonderful stay!

Great views and excellent beach access. Tapa pool was great—much less crowded than the larger pools. Service was good for the most part, but staff is very busy and sometimes hard to get to—not their fault, it’s a busy resort!

If i can give this property a 0 or negative star I would! I booked thru a 3rd party and got a OCEAN VIEW ROOM, while the lagoon and dock view were a seperate option, I proceed to check in and the gentlemen told me that I have a laggon view which I DID NOT WANT NOR DID I PAY FOR! After going back n forth he would not come to an understanding. So i got stuck with a room I didnt want while they were working on or moving stuff in the room above. Horrible service and DEFINITELY NOT A GOOD FIRST TIME & Made my experience horrible.

The room was fairly clean, the water pressure in the shower lacked for sure lol! But the staff was amazing, there were so so many shops around every corner with everything you could ever need, the ocean view from the Tapa tower was good but ocean front is so much better for sure!

Correct and the view i got for the room I wanted to rent was a alley/ocean view. Now I know that the Hilton doesnt have regular ocean view like the advertisement states. So no I didnt think I would need to upgrade for the price I payed I could have got my room at the park shore for a lot less and better views. Just not happy with the Hilton room and the front desk not being accommodating after I got the first room. But now I know how the Hilton is and will remeber for future or recommendations.
