Room on Level 2 riddled with Ants from the day we got in, to the day we left. Room backed onto the gym, could hear weights being dropped from 6am to 11pm everyday. Raised it with Customer Service desk, reluctant to do anything or compensate. I am a soon to be platinum GHA member after this trip, not good enough.

The hotel was in middle of Waikiki perfect walking distance to everything, the rooms had a updated look but the beds were terrible and tiny, the shower water pressure was also pretty bad.

They did not provide the parking space. I reserved a room to sleep 3 and it was not available. The staff was rude. We were on the 25th floor and at one point we were leaving and the elevators were not working.
