Everything was great except there was a water issue and the water was brown when we took our showers....I know they were working on it so I didn't bother to tell anyone. All in all it was a great place to stay and convenient to everything.

Centrally located. Lots of options for food. About a 100 yd walk to the beach. Great staff. Overall a super pleasant experience.

The rooms were made up daily, unlike some hotels that clean every so many days. Every staff member was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was conveniently located as everywhere we wanted to go was within walking distance. When we were waiting for an Uber to go to the airport, the staff down by Duke's Lane informed us to always check with them after seeing what Uber charges as the hotel has a flat rate of $50 to go to the airport. Uber was way more expensive. Wished we would have known that sooner. The Outrigger Beachcomber pak was very handy, especially when walking to the beach or just walking around the area. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

All the staff were so friendly and the cafe on site was excellent…added bonus that it’s also poolside. Didn’t get a chance to try the happy hour, but the menu looked good and reasonably priced along with Saturday night movies poolside! Great experience, would definitely come back again!

In general, hotel is good and nice, good location, clean, staff is friendly, but some areas, they still can work to improve. Area around the hotel too noisy in late night and early morning, sometimes even interrupted with sleep. Choices for food vouchers very limited. Bottles of body lotion so hard, you can’t even squeeze it out.

Yes and yes. Staff was friendly and Brianna at the Maui Brewery restaurant was a great waitress. Also the young barista in the cafe on 1/15 was very good at her job and rememered my name when I complimented her on her barista skills.
