An unbelievable location, less than five minutes walk to Waikiki Beach and with numerous shops and restaurants on it's doorstep. We had a fabulous stay in a beautiful ocean view room, 2203. I would highly recommend this hotel.

We loved our stay at the Outrigger Beachcomber! The housekeeping staff was amazing and timely. The location was ideal with Waikīkī Beach just across the street and many food spots nearby (including 2 in the hotel!). The concierge, James, was so knowledgeable and helped us book an unforgettable snorkel excursion and had outstanding dinner recommendations. We can’t wait to come back and will definitely be staying at the Beachcomber again!

Great place to stay every year! In the middle of Waikiki’s strip so everything is easily walkable. The beach is right across the street with lots of shopping and places to eat all around. The staff has always been great! My mom and I go every year and love coming back to the BeachComber. We recommend it to everyone!

Not recommended (especially a balcony room) unless you want a LOUD Vegas Strip like experience with endless noise, traffic, thumping music, honking & sirens, (usually) drunk yelling/screaming/crying on the streets below ALL day and night long…for double the price. The price per night is not close to what was advertised on Expedia after the mile long (mostly mandatory) extra fees, taxes, and daily resort charges were added. Nearly doubling our daily rate upon checkout. Buyer beware, on top of the endless additional daily nickel and diming added, there is an extra $40/day resort fee added and parking is a whopping $55/day. If you have “breakfast included” or any Platinum status perks included in your reservation, you have to repeatedly ask the front desk multiple times and multiple people to finally find anyone that can assist to avail of it. For the nearly doubled checkout price per day, we could have stayed somewhere much nicer, quieter, higher end, and beachfront. Lesson learned. The pros- our housekeeping person was excellent, we were given ample fresh towels every day, you can get robes and a tea kettle if you special request, and the location and walkability to all the hustle & bustle…if you don’t have a car or can’t afford to pay $55/day in parking.

Awesome location!quick elevators! But Air Conditioning needs work. Specifically looked for this when booking hotel. For the price, I want room cold. Had to be overridden from eco mode. Maintenance was great, came right away, but still took a whole day to get colder. Which is subpar when it’s 87 outside.

The staff were great. Manager Yuki was very helpful. Room was clean but a little tired. Great location. ABC store next door. Cafe was good for breakfast.

The staff is terrific, professional courteous and knowledgeable. The room is perfectly clean. The only negative is the television set up. To watch anything other than the most basic channels you have to use Google Chrome cast which is not reliable at all. It adds a whole nother layer of network issues. I've been in electronic as a professional for 40 years and I had so much trouble with it.

The room was clean, view was awesome and the front desk and staff were all very nice. Plus the bonus was location of hotel and its close proximity to so many restaurants.

The place was nice well kept until we went into the restroom, we stayed in room 804 and I noticed the roof of the restroom had something that looked like mold , I informed desk and they said they look into it but never got any information back , I took pictures for reference. Looks like black mold
