This is my second stay at the Ambassador and definitely won’t be my last stay! Each and every staff member especially Guest Services were so accommodating! Especially Guest Serivces Agent He! Turns out my parents ordered a tiramisu cake through DoorDash and I called down to see if they had a cake drop off. He confirmed no cake was dropped off but went and got me a tiramisu cake for my birthday! Which was so sweet and completely unexpected! If you want a great location, value, with updated and modern hotel amenities with amazing customer service, definitely give The Ambassador a try!

The staff, beds, check in process, area were all great. The carpet need to be changed out. The lobby is a nice area, beautiful.

Great hotel, no noise, good location

Wonderful greeting and follow up by staff. Room was nice with small balcony . Lovely bathroom. Bed comfortable. Restaurant/bar blvery nice. All staff I encountered were friendly and extremely helpful. Ambassador is at the beginning of Waikiki Beach area and in a quiet area, close to everything, walking distance to beach. I really enjoyed my stay here and will book again

Outdated second tower. Noisy mostly all day. Restaurant in hotel is not very good. They also charge resort fees for not much of a resort feel. Adequate property.
