We booked this hotel for our honeymoon and had several issues. We were given a different room than what we reserved, the bathroom had mold, and there was a lot of noise from the hotel across the street — the balcony door didn’t seem to seal well. Housekeeping was great and the location was very convenient for walking around Waikiki. However, there was no late checkout and we were charged unexpected resort fees at check-in.

We were on the 18th floor but still very noisy with the windows closed. The outside garbage trucks were doing the round emptying bins before 6am and woke us up. The room was dated but clean. We had a corner suite and the view from the balcony was fantastic

Paid extra to add breakfast and it was not good. Same thing every day. Upon check in we were given one roll of toilet paper and add to ask for more…we still end up running out. The bathroom was incredibly small.

The location of the hotel was amazing—just one stoplight from the beach and close to all the great food spots. We were lucky to get a beautiful room facing the ocean, and even though the weather brought some on-and-off rain and wind, it didn’t impact our side of the building at all. Ocean-facing is definitely the way to go! The hotel itself is a bit older and could use a small facelift, especially the pool area, but we were really there for the beaches anyway. The included breakfast buffet was one of our highlights—the staff there was fantastic! Everything was walkable, convenient, and just what we needed. We almost even had the game room to ourselves, which was a fun bonus.
