Staff is friendly. The room was clean and water was hot in shower. The breakfast buffet was good. Close to the beach, resturants, and shopping, an easy walk. Little outdated with decor, old carpeting, paint. The A/C wasn't working well 1 day. The pool area is small and not heated. Overall it's a comfortable place to stay.

Consistency with service and helpful communication. Very nice employees and even when we checked out helped us with storing our luggage while we went out and when we came back they had game room where we spent some time while we waited to get picked up.

Overall, I felt the service was good, housekeeping was very good even though I did not need it they asked me every day. The downside is during my stay the hotel was very crowded, many young people around my room very loud until all hours of the night, slamming doors, loud in the hallways, I understand that is not due to the hotel or staff but it was very annoying.

I really enjoyed our stay. The only things I wasn't happy with was not having a whole body mirror and having only one mirror located at the bathroom. The other issue was me having to climb in a chair in order to plug in the hairdryer since the only plugs were near the ceiling. The staff were all fantastic. Rooms were very clean. Very walkable to shops, restaurants and the beach. I love Waikiki, such a Beautiful area.
