Great. Has lots of animals in rooms. Do not stay here if allergic to dogs or cats. Every room is pet friendly. There are NO pet-free rooms. Other than that...hotel is a 3 star with a good vibe. Pool area was nice. Room was nice. Bathroom very nice. Hotel halls were dark and dingy.

Everything about our stay there was exceptional. The location is perfect with easy access to everything. The rooms were tastefully decorated and comfortable. The live music was a nice surprise after walking home from dinner. A great vibe overall.

The hotel is in need of refurbishment. The room had a noticeable musty smell, which may be related to the hotel being pet-friendly and previous stays by pets. The curtains also need cleaning, when I moved them, a visible cloud of dust came off. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and the hotel is centrally located. However, I wouldn’t feel comfortable walking down the street at night, particularly for women or younger people, as there were homeless individuals in the area who appeared to be under the influence of drugs.

The hotel is quaint, adorably dog friendly, but room needs some upgrades. Bed and bathroom are LOVELY, water pressure amazing, but couch was weird, and pull out sofa bed was horrible. Parking offsite was very awkward (2.5 blocks away, on the 5th or 6th floor only, weird ticketing process). Food and drinks were delicious in evening restaurant, and I like the adults-only swim time from 6-9!

The staff at the Front Desk were very nice. Check in and check out was satisfactory. The taxi had to drop us off in the middle of the street as the curbside was taken up by delivery trucks. Not safe. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The dresser and closet were in the living room instead of the bedroom. There was no coffee pot but there were 2 coffee cups. The room was noisy, thin walls. We heard people above us and the front doors were very loud when closing. The shower door did not seal well and the bathroom floor filled with water. In the shower it took 30 minutes running the water to get hot water. The floor of the shower was a bit slimy. During my shower the water would suddenly get cold and hot. We ate at the hotel restaurant 2 nights in a row. After our dinner the first night we planned to have coffee and dessert. The server told us they don’t serve coffee at night. I thought this was weird. The second night we sat at the bar. The bartenders were excellent. After our meal the bartender asked if she could bring us anything else. I told her ‘no’ because they don’t serve coffee at night. She looked at me surprised and said, ‘Yes we do.’ We don’t plan to stay here again.
