Love the location, easy to walk around to shops and food and less than 5 min walk to waikiki beach. Parking is probably the cheapest at the hotel compared to other ones, easy to get in and out. Staff was friendly and accomodating

The front staff was very kind. The location is great. View is beautiful. Just an older property with an elevator out of order so the wait times for other two elevators are quite literally 5-7 min. House keeping only comes once every 3 days and even though I had an ocean view suite, my 3 kids and I were very cramped.

The location of Pacific Monarch is great! close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. But honestly, the experience didn’t live up to the price we paid. The elevators are extremely slow; every morning before breakfast, we had to wait 5 to 10 minutes just to go downstairs. On top of that, the hotel is currently under renovation, which was never mentioned during booking. There’s constant noise from construction equipment throughout the day. If you’re looking to relax after morning activities, this is definitely not the right place. It was frustrating and stressful to deal with all of this during the summer and peak season. For what we paid, it really wasn’t worth it.

It was perfect for the time we were there but I booked it for the lanai only to find out that you can't even fit a chair out there. There was construction right out our window and the $30.00 a day amenity fee was extreme

El hotel tiene una ubicacion inmejorable, muuuyy proximo a la playa, y al estar en familia, tuvimos la posibilidad de reuniones al ser tipo apartamento, asi como en el Pent House, todo lo necesario para mismo fin, hermosa piscina y otros. La limpieza impecable, las camas y almohadas muy comodas, buenos ventanales, balcon - amplio, comodo el entorno y el font desk facil de manejarse cuando solicitamos un late check out - Volveria !!

A very good location, a short walk to the beach. The hotel is older but recently renovated and has everything you need.We enjoyed a spacious one bedroom apartment. Staff were excellent and allowed an early check in after a morning arrival.

great place to stay a bit out dated our tv didnt work, but the staff was great from house keeping to management. Especially Christina the maneger she was very plasent and helpful. We had a problem with the parking, our car was towed unfairly. Christina took care of everything. You dont see that kind of service much anymore. Big thumbs up for the staff....they make that place a vacation.
