this is place has horrible customer service. the parking is owned by another company then the hotel itself the machine to the parking lot was broken and was not splitting out receipts so when we address the hotel, they said that they couldn’t do anything about it. The private company that they go through to manage. Their parking lot was completely unprofessional never called back and ultimately what happened was we had to buy another ticket and then call numerous times to finally get someone to come back and give us a refund. I would not recommend staying here. That rooms are not that clean. It’s very noisy with construction very limited spaces to park to check in for a hotel room.

Nightmare Hotel

This hotel is a joke!!! Housekeeping every three days! And they are quick to charge you for 'amenities', which they do not give you. Toiletries were not readily available when needed, i had to call the front desk to get them & they had the nerve to say that they do not provide that. The tv didnt work. The hallways are pretty dirty & smelly. Oh and not to memtion parking! They have lots of rules when parking in their garage! If you do not pay with the exact amount, the machine will not give you change. And its very rowdy as well. I heard ruckus all night long everyday i stayed there. I heard a couple guest complained & the response the frontdesk gave her is that it was not their problem. All they showed is thst they are quick to take ypur money but not to give you the service you payed for. It's a pretty rinky dinky hotel.

The hotel is in need of renovation. The area is a bit sketchy at night. The furniture was really falling apart (literally). But the staff was super nice and the balcony was huge with a great view. We stayed in 1 bedroom king suite partial ocean view.

The best thing about the property is the location. It was close to everything, from beach to stores, restaurants, bars. The staff was also excellent, very nice and helpful. The only thing that need improvement is housekeeping, other than the fact that they only clean every 3 days but no one comes daily to ask if we need new towels or take out trash. Also, the tv is very old so remote was giving us problems throughout the stay. Other than that, i would highly recommend the hotel.
