Location wise, you're practically at the main center of Waikiki where everything is in a good walking range. The hotel itself is pretty good, you get a nice amount of amenities and staff is helpful. We unfortunately had bed bugs in our first room but when we asked to change our room, they were able to give us a close equivalent and said they would issue a refund for the first night. Our second room turned out to be just fine and had basically all the same amenities. Overall, I'd say the place is a little old, but if you want a good vacation space for a budget, stay here.

I actually love my room as far as location goes however, the room that was rented to me with that be used all the time because it took three days of the six days I stayed to get rid of the smell, which was like my grandmother‘s basement other than that everything else was Not so bad

No parking at the facility if you have car although they did have a sister company that you can pay to park at which is about a 7-10 min walk away. The hotel is pretty outdated. We had to ask for new towels and wash clothes as we had not received any within 2 days of stay. The blower dryer in the room blew a fuse and made all the power go out however the lady at the front desk was able to flip the breaker and get it back on fairly quickly. the staff was really friendly and helpful to the best of their abilities.

Just ok, our room had mold in it, we moved to a different room which was ok. No daily room cleaning. This is a very basic place that is fine if you don’t plan to spend your time in your room. Super close to beach and shopping and restaurants

Location was close to shopping centers and beach. Staffs were nice and friendly. No parking available. We had to park 1/4 mile away and paid 40 dollars per day. The room was horrible. Cockroaches everywhere. Bed sheets had boogers or something that looked like it. Door handle fell off and wasn’t screwed on at all. The street was extremely noisy. Toilet hissed all the time. Window vents were full of caked on dust/dirt. Paint was peeling everywhere. I would not recommend this place.

We were very disappointed right off the bat. We wanted to leave immediately. The room was a small box that only fit the bed with a good view of the toilet. The thin shutter type windows allowed a massive amount of street noise. The hotel representative was nice and professional. I would not recommend this hotel.
