Great hotel, great location

Stayed 7nights with our toddler. The hotel was great and in the best location. Walking distance to a lot of shops, restaurants, and about a 10 min walk to the beach. Note that the parking garage is tight but if you ever drove in a city - you’ll be fine (park at level 5 or 6- hotel entrance is at level 6 within the garage). Bed is firm but you get used to it lol. The only disappointing thing that others have mentioned too is the pool which is goes up to your ankles or shines. They definitely could’ve built a deeper pool.

The property itself was amazing. Friendly staff, very accommodating, and clean. Loved that they offered special classes to participate in - they didn’t cost extra due to the resort fees that are included in price of your stay. It’s located in a fantastic spot and in close proximity to many dining, shopping, entertainment options. My only complaint, and it’s not a huge complaint, is that it can get a touch noisy outside late at night, due to the nightlife from the bar crowds that are close by. The noise wasn’t excessive every night or even lasting all night long, but there was a night where I was awaken around 3am, by fighting that was occurring between a couple of gentlemen that appeared to be quite intoxicated. Our suite was on the 14th floor, so we weren’t super close to street level, and still the commotion was loud enough to wake me from a deep sleep. Everything else about the property was great, and far outweighed that small negative that I experienced.

Absolutely loved my stay! The room and bathroom were spacious and spotless, the location was perfect, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Everything was clean, comfortable, and convenient. Highly recommend!

Very central location, with our room facing the mauka (mountain/city) side. Parking structure is very tight and difficult to maneuver if you have a full size or SUV/truck, and you’re limited to parking within a small section out of several floors and some stalls are reserved for the HI version of Zipcars. We found it odd that hotel management staff get to park close to the entrance, while guests have to fight for the limited stalls between floors 5 & 6. Amenities were decent, with some water bottle filling stations located at the bar and near the pool restrooms. We needed a room with a private sectioned off area since we had an older teen with us. We were moved to a room with a sliding door separating the bed from the sofa bed but there was no AC vent in the bedroom! We were suffering in the heat and had to crank the AC during the day to “pre-cool” our bedroom so we could get some sleep. It was so hot, we almost had friends drop off fans for us. Other than these 2 issues it’s a good property, but definitely too expensive for what you get with room layouts.
Original room we were assigned, which is not what was shown in my booking.
We were told there was a door separating the bedroom but there was no door. Staff moved us to another room with a door

Rooms were very spacious and well maintained. Self-parking was a bit intimidating as the turns to get to the upper levels were extremely narrow.
