Good service by housekeeping the bell team. Front desk was alright, and basic amenities had to be requested which could be quite annoying after a while. Nonetheless it’s a beautiful hotel and nice / updated rooms that are clean. And the upgrade upon check in was very appreciated.

We really enjoyed our stay here! The hotel was beautiful and clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the amenities were great. Everything was within walking distance, which made getting around easy. The pool was beautiful, and having a bar right there was a big plus. The only downside was that the pool closed a bit early. We also appreciated that they provide beach towels for guests—such a nice touch!

- Room was not well appointed - 2 water glasses; no wine glasses (we asked for the latter which never arrived); uncomfortable beds and pillows; terrible lighting which meant the room was very dark with the blinds closed; - Only one restaurant on site - No bar (other than the pool area) for a pre or post dinner drink. We had a drink at the Halekulani but were not particularly welcomed by the staff there. - Pool area very crowded We expected a better standard given the association with the Halekulani Hotel. Would not recommend.
