My husband and I really needed a getaway for relaxation and self-care, and decided to book with Halepuna. This was our first trip to Hawaii and we wanted a room with ocean views—and that’s exactly what we got! Upon arrival, front desk staff greeted us with complimentary slides/sandals, and the room had complimentary customized water bottles. The room was very clean, and had a small balcony to step out on to take in all the beauty of Waikiki! The amenities were top notch! We worked out in the gym, filled our bottles with unlimited purified water provided for free by the hotel. We ate at the (Halekulani) bakery next door, and absolutely loved that this hotel was steps away from the beach. WiFi was easily accessible, the bathroom had a bidet. This was one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in and I look forward to coming back and staying at Halepuna again and again!

My concern is the shower room. It's flooding and I have to use a lot of towels to stop it. Hopefully they can fix this. Otherwise the property is good and the staff are very polite.

Great hotel, friendly staff, enjoyed the pool and hot tub. For those wondering, there is a path out to Kalakau not shown in Google’s walking route. It makes the distance to Waikiki beach shorter. You can self park at the left side of Kalia Rd in levels 5 and 6 of the hotel. The hotel will give you a keycard that can be used to get in and out. All day in and out is $52.36 including tax.

Everything about this stay was AMAZING! The staff at the Valet to the Front Desk to the Cleaning Support were fantastic! Easy checkin, valet was spot on no matter the time of day and the pool was beautiful. We were offered a late check out room and free goodies upon arrival. It was more than we had expected and will be booking for our trip next year. Thank you for making a great trip even better.

Halepuna is a little gem. The staff were very welcoming and the quick action of the valet in pointing us to a doctor for my husband was such a relief. We had the ocean view king. Such a great value for a boutique feel hotel and ocean view. The hotel is very quiet.

The hotel staff was very polite and very attentive, from the baggage guy Jose to Mgr Noah his assistant's Ron & Lily we were treated very well. I also want to thank Grace the room maide. The hotel super clean and close to shopping and restaurants. It was my wife and mine birthday's the hotel gave us free bottle of wine to celebrate. We will definitely stay at the hotel again.
