There was work going on at the hotel so lifts were not all working and for 2 days we could not use water from 9am to 3pm. However the staff are fabulous and location is fantastic.

There’s no reason lace to eat breakfast or lunch on grounds. Dinner option very limited.

Beautiful property, great - convenient location. But the property had a lot of bacon, ham and pork breakfast choices for buffet, which wasn’t great for those not eating pork due to religious or observed beliefs. Wish they offered other alternatives/options as well - especially since the breakfast buffet was very expensive

Beautiful property, unique architecture and very conveniently located. It’s in the middle of beach and seems like the perfect location for oceanfront rooms

I was amazed at how beautiful this hotel is! Truly THE place to stay in Waikiki. And the service is incredible. Also would recommend breakfast; you can watch the sunrise mere feet from the water.
