It was dirty. The ice machine had mildew in it. I had to check in early due to travel changes and it was only like 12 PM. Check-in is at three. They tried to charge me an extra $50 as of right now my refund for my room deposit has been pending held release by my bank and then retaking again from best Western. I do not recommend this hotel at all. The only convenience is the shuttle and it’s close to the I really deserve an I really deserve an refundairport, but to stay never again.

Room was too warm when we arrived. The window (on the 12th floor) was cracked open. The shower was super powerful but didn't drain well. The water got well above my ankles before I was done.

I think something needs to be done about the shower area and how much water ends up flowing out to the toilet area if a towel is not placed on the floor to absorb the access water from the shower. Our last stay there was great and we really enjoyed our stay, that’s why we came back.

We checked in late in the evening and had a large group. Beau helped us and was friendly, helpful and had a great personality. We were only here for a night but enjoyed a clean room, free breakfast and great location.

Room is adequate size, but hotel does not even provide complimentary bottled water, slippers, toothpaste & toothbrush in the room. These are basic things to provide considering that this is Best Western. Also, my room came with breakfast but my flight was too early, so i requested if they can prepare packed breakfast but they couldn't. For the price, I think it's not well worth it.
