Hotel has some walkable convenience stores and fast food options like MCD and Starbucks. Staff was friendly. Hotel room was clean. Had some cracked shower tiles. Free breakfast was pretty standard, but great that it's complimentary. Had your usual American breakfast items. Wish it had some Hawaiian/local breakfast cuisine added. Overall, it satisfied my purpose of staying there - budget, good ratings, and close proximity to where I needed to go daily.

The people were great, but this was the worst hotel experience that I can remember. Our room was on the 12th (top) floor facing the airport and highway and next to the elevator. In addition to all of that, the ventilation system was noisy and the register in our room rattled each time it came on. Then add on slow/internet service and a lousy breakfast - even though it was free, and I'm done with Worst Western...
