Nowhere did my reservation say I needed to be there before 10 PM I arrived at 11 and the Security said he could call and see if anybody is close by but it would be $50 cash to let me in. I didn’t stay. Nobody came. I went home on an uber. So sad.

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful. While the room is not cleaned daily, they gave us clean towels and toilet paper upon request. The front desk was very pleasant and helpful with any questions we had. Such as how to get somewhere or loaning us beach equipment. We would stay there again.
Murphy bed in wall. Very convenient can be up for more space in room or down to sleep.

The property is at a very convenient location right across from the international market place. Lots of dining and shopping options right in front of the property. The room was a good size with a Murphy bed and a nice kitchen. Bathroom was also a good size, large by Waikiki standard. It is in an older building but the hotel was well kept.
