It was great. The staff was friendly. The only thing I have complaints about is the shower head is weird. It sprays right next to the curtain and you can’t adjust it.

The good: very close to everything in Waikiki. Short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops. Basic accommodations if you don’t need any frills. Bed was comfortable enough. The bad: it’s very old and we had to keep our bathroom door shut so the air conditioning didn’t leak out through the permanently open window in the bathroom. (The window wasn’t big enough to worry about anyone coming in the room….it was just an inconvenience to not have A/C in the bathroom.

The hotel has a good location but that is it. Its a old hotel that hasn't been remodeled in decades. Diry sheets with stains on a Murphy bed. Hidden fees every where. They don't make you feel like a guest more of a prisoner. Cockroachs in the room. Rude staff. Not accommodating at all. Don't come here its a ripe off. This place should be condemned

Great value!!! This place is located in a great area, right next to everything you need when in Waikīkī. It may not be a 5 Star hotel but it is right down the street from some. A couple blocks to the beach, lots of restaurants and shopping areas. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The self serve laundry was very helpful. The place is a bit aged but it was decent and fairly clean. If you are on a budget this place is worth it for sure.

We loved that we felt like we were in an apartment due to the amenities. The location was great as well. The concerns however were parking was brutal and on two of the nights our only option was a $45 parking garage and twice the office was locked during business hours leaving us unable to do what we wanted to do. Also, our TV remote didn't work so we were told that it would be fixed the following morning as the night staff had no access to maintenance or housekeeping. We said fine, but when we returned the following evening, it had not been fixed - the remote was simply not there anymore!? It was rectified the following day however.
