Our arrival was the only negative. The room wasn’t ready unfortunately for 45 minutes which wasn’t great. However the staff were really nice, offered us complimentary drinks. We didn’t take them up on it but was nice to be offered. Beyond that the hotel is beautiful, clean and spacious. Zero complaints once we were in. Probably the second nicest hotel we’ve ever stayed. Look forward to visiting again one day

Property is generally very good - but a 1.5 hour wait for a single item of room service - only to be told the item was no longer available- and would take another 45 mins to replace (2.25 hours total) was extremely frustrating. As was the general lack of concern for the inconvenience caused.

The outside of the property was nice. The staff in the lobby were reallly helpful. The room cleanliness and condition was 1 star. Going by the room alone, it was not 5 star at all. Dirty shower, tiles with marks all over them. The panel on the side of the bath was knocked in. Marks and stuff (not sure what it was) on the walls. Beds were made but the sheets weren't tucked in. On arrival the second bedroom was down as two single beds, however it was made as one bed only. Also no dish cloth in the kitchen. Rang to organise one, girl arrived with tea towel and when explaining I required a dish cloth she said that she didn't know what that was. I believe the cleaning staff need to be re-trained as there standards are not of the rating of the Hotel. We even had the manager come through on arrival and things were missed. Also the rooms need to be renovated to keep in line with 5 stars. With the condition of our room, I come away feeling like I was ripped off for the price I paid. I won't be returning nor recommending this Hotel to friends and family.
