We enjoyed the stay very much, the children enjoyed the pool and the gym, it was close to restaurants and the shops, had more than enough beds for everyone. The staff were all so lovely and helpful. Thank you.

Fair condition, average clean done. Floor needed good vacuum, earring from previous guest found on floor. Dirty bed linen and blanket screwed up and stuffed in wardrobe floor. Shower head needs replacing.

BE WARNED - THIS PLACE IS FAR FROM IDEAL. The room and restaurant were reasonably clean but the floors in the corridors were appallingly dirty and unvacuumed, right down the the bread crusts and half empty food containers that were still there, ground into the stained carpets, this morning after our three day stay. Not one of the four or five ABC TV stations was available on the room TV, three of the four mattresses badly need replacing, there's only one dim light in the room and the room was noisy - no chance of sleeping in with kids yelling in the corridors from 7am and car doors being slammed outside from dawn onwards.

The room was pleasant. The staff were less than pleasant. The TV did not work. I asked for it to be fixed. I was told it would be fixed. It was NOT fixed. When I returned from my commitment, after 10.00pm, there was nowhere to park, except in a back yard, a LONG walk back to my room.

Dirty, no powerpoints anywhere near the bed if you want to charge your phone, noisy, stains on carpet, slow customer service, no available car park near the room gad to carry bags from rear car park, I booked three nights but left after one. Hi The first night we stayed at Ibis styles hotel were terrible. The person next to our room were arguing with his partner and swearing and banging the door from 12am to 5am. Also there is no telephone inside the room we staying. we cant dial to inform the reception what is going on. When we told the reception the next day , just seems like didnt much put attention to it and Said when happen again call them , no apologies or offer a compliments. We havent havent slept that day of Nov 1 2025. I hope this wont be happens to others. Poor quality service. I supposed not going back there again.
