The TV has a set top box so has two remote controls with no instructions. When i tried to call reception telephone in the room was broken. I tried to call their landline from my mobile and just got on an endless option list and no one answered the two calls i made so i had to walk up to reception. Someone from reception then had to come to my room and fix it. Parking is very tight. on both nights i had to park right at the back of the property in the dirt with no lights. My security door card stopped working on the second day and had to be re-programmed. Breakfast was $25 and was pretty average. White or wholemeal bread for toast only, with a line up at the toaster. Coffee machine made terrible coffee. So for $178 a night a think it was a bit rich and would try somewhere else next time.

Rooms are very dated and tired. Breakfast was average - coffee machine needed cleaning, overall presentation of food and furniture below standard. Positives were bed was very comfortable, location was quiet, easy parking, and the staff member who greeted me upon arrival - was very friendly and welcoming.

The room was in good condition & the staff were courteous, but their system for handling inbound phone calls appears to be broken. I rang on the morning of the day of our booking as I had not had any contact from them about it, all I had was a confirmation from Wotif. I left as message as no one answered & have not been called back. We rang to make a restaurant booking & all their system did was put us through to voicemail

Room was clean, tidy and comfortable. It was a very hot day and it was very thoughtful that the air conditioning was on and the room was beautifully and cool. It was very quiet and the bed was Very Comfortable hence I had a Great night sleep. Couldn’t get the TV to work but staff at reception soon called someone who came straight away and fixed it and showed me how to use it as it was confusing. I only stayed the one night as I was in Canberra for an early appointment the next morning, so I didn’t get to try the restaurant/bar or breakfast but it all looked very nice. Would definitely stay again. Thank you.

The room was not clean - my 10 month nephew found gummy bears and skittles on the floor. The doona had no covers and had a number of "suspect" stains, clearly not washed between guests. Room had no bowls or cutlery. We were kept awake by people upstairs doing the deed for hours. Questionable if it was a s3x worker as it was between 9pm-3am with the sound of doors opening and closing. The only positive thing was the bathroom was nice and clean with prime location to our needs.
