Friendly staff welcomed us with our dog. The property is well located and there is plenty of parking on site. We enjoyed our one meal from the restaurant.

at check in there was confusion regarding charges for breakfast, we were charges in the intiail booking but again at check in. Give credit that it was picked up and that credit would be taken off our final bill. The room allocated was not avaialbe so we were allocated a different room even though we checked in after 3. This room was to be a mobilty room, the main ligh did not work and a staff member advised that it happens and just keep turning the swith off and on. Faulty wiring?. A poere pint was required next the the bed for medical equipment, none to be seen- called reception , staff memeber had to pull beds away from the wall as the power point was really low and well away from the edge of the bed. This is supposed to be a mobility room- coffee and tea making facilities were provided. However they were located in an under bench cupboard at ground level with the kettle pushed far back into the corner. needless to say a person with mobility issues cannot reach down there. It was a room with 1 queen and 2 single beds, yet only 1 outside plastic chair. where does the carer sit? we are disappointed as this was the second IBIS property we have been in in the last 3 weeks in Canberra. At dinner we were charged twice for 1 bottle of wine, lack of attention. Will not be staying in an IBIS again.

We have investigated the matters you have mentioned, and I can see you stayed in one of our mobility rooms, I agree that the kettle- tea/coffee facilities in-room should of been accessible, and sincerely sorry that it was not. I understand the importance of this being accessed easily, and this has been made known to the housekeeping team as it was not in reach. Maintenance have addressed the light switch issue, and we are very grateful it was made known to us, so thank you. Overall, we are sincerely sorry this happened, and really appreciate the feedback, as it helps us fix matters such as these mentioned above, which helps us improve and constantly learn.
