I couldn’t really give a complete review as we went into lockdown and so were unable to stay and go to the bar or sit downstairs. We couldn’t have buffet breakfast so I do not think we truly saw what the place could have been like though I understand that none of this is their fault but just the situation. The staff were fantastic and extremely lovely under the circumstances they too were facing.

Location was quite good. Amenities were extremely disappointing. Restaurant and room seevice closed, tv and phone in room were disconnected and spa out of order. Indoor pool was cold!!! Staff very reluctant to go out of their way to assist. Waste of money. Will not be returning.

I liked the comfortable beds and food available from cafe\bar. I did not like that parking was paid, $15 per night, because I didn't realise that when I booked. I didn't like that the spa was not working because that was one reason I picked that accomodation.

We have stayed at this hotel many times before(even when it was The Pavilion) and had been quite happy previously. It is now rundown and old (bathrooms are new), couldn’t contact operator or reception,TV was ancient or dead,furniture and furnishings old and we were in an executive suite. We were advised on arrival that parking was a cost ( not advertised on Wotif) All we wanted for breakfast was a piece of toast and were advised that would cost $15 per person, so we went elsewhere On the whole quite disappointed in what used to be a v good hotel
