Hotel was clean however that was the only good thing. Cold shower, locked out of room, kids running up and down passage at 11.30 pm, breakfast very ordinary

Staff were fantastic- easy check in. So close to Manuka oval! Bar open for post game drinks- so friendly! Room was great- oh what a comfy bed! 11am check out fantastic! It was perfect. Thank you Rydges

The SPA (Hot Tub) was not opperational, apparently it has been that for for almost a year and no ETA was available on when it would be fixed..

Hi Andrew, Unfortunately our spa is out of order as we are waiting on maintenance parts and a specialised maintenance person to come and fix it - given covid, the times are unpredictable. Thus, we no longer advertise our spa on the website.
