We had two nights booked but canceled our 2nd night. Foyer impressive. Room looked fine and as depicted in images. Linen and towels clean. Shower flooded bathroom floor every time which we could deal with. Unfortunately no air flow in room, with no air conditioning. Room was stifly, hot and uncomfortable (cool spring weather) and made it extremely difficult to sleep. We cancelled our 2nd night because of this. Staff were friendly and apologetic. The quality of fittings in this room is not acceptable and certainly not at the cost 2 -300 hundred a night.

Zero customer consideration. One poor person on alone overnight - no housekeeping, no room service. We had to chase up tea bags, milk, face washers, even body wash/soap. I DON'T blame the floor staff, its definitely about minimising costs and maximising profits. Will never stay with Rydges again.

I was disappointed and surprised there was no safe in the room, unusual for such an establishment. We stayed for 3 nights and, as the cleaning was being conducted late afternoon, we declined the offer as it was too late in the day. We were ready to rest by then. Restaurant was very good, room was comfortable.

The room was comfortable and clean. The TV didn't work very well and when I enquired about it I was told to unplug and plug back in which makes me believe it was an ongoing issue. The buffet breakfast was very nice. The carpark wasn't great, very small spots and the licence plate recognition to get in and out of the carpark only worked sometimes.

Good comfy beds, nice view shower was very nice. Property says it was renovated back a few years ago and have seemed to have left behind small paint drops and paint flaking off near the room door. The toilet is placed so close to the wall even a skinny person gets poked by the toilet roll holder sticking out. All in all a nice stay and a nice room if you put this aside. Staff was very welcoming

Rydges is always a nice place to stay and their beds are the most comfortable of any hotel - except the sofa bed. We booked for three adults and the sofa bed is not suitable for an adult - the mattress is extremely thin Other than that we had a pleasant stay,parking is good and convenient - breakfast buffet has gone down in quality since our last visit

Great service - room was clean and tidy. Just a couple of things: no hand soap on arrival but it was there after room serviced next day. Also in a room with 2 double beds and booked for 4 people- 2 adults, 2 kids- it would have been a much more comfortable experience if there had been at least one extra bedside table. There was only one.

Great, centrally located property, near terrific shops for All your needs. Marvellous staff & facilities, but remember to bring your AC / USB charger plug as older power points( surprisingly for me) dont have updated USB ported option. Used the back of the TV ...but only small complaint! Thanks.
