No parking for guests. Major pain. Had to park 2 streets away. Only after I had a whinge to reception did they do anything. Room was good, however there was a shortage of remotes for tv and air conditioning. Only stayed 1 night.

I paid too much to stay 1 night, because there was lots of concerts happening around town. I feel it was very overpriced. We were put into a disabled room, and are not disabled. The room was a good size and was nicely decorated, which I knew because we stayed previously in the spa room at half the price. The bar fridge was not working.

We stayed for our wedding night and most things were okay, and the bed was clean and comfortable. However, some items mentioned were not present in the room as expected, although after calling reception they were happy to provide but I shouldn’t have to! Considering it was our wedding night the hotel was pretty stingy....not even a complementary bottle of water in the room, the red fake plastic petals on the bed created more of an annoyance due to all the dust on them and every time we moved the curtains a large moth would fly out.....3 we saw and eliminated. Ordered room service which was prompt, the girl was friendly and the food good but there was no coffee table or anywhere to eat from except our lap! Such an obvious omission for a spa suite... 3 tvs was good but I’d trade 2 of them for somewhere to eat from! Balcony had no chairs to sit on so pointless to have and toilet seat lid was half hanging off! All in all we enjoyed our stay and in general there were no problems and breakfast was fantastic but more attention to detail is needed. If this wasn’t our wedding night I would not have made this review but as the hotel knew well in advance I expected more, and some effort to make things special, especially as this hotel also hosts weddings! We would stay here again.

Nicely renovated hotel in good location. All room facilities are up to date, modern and attractive. We were upgraded to a room with a balcony. Very reasonably priced hotel, considering a full buffet breakfast and onsite parking was included. Loved it!

Lovely hotel, great to be upgraded to a suite. Breakfast was a bit hectic not knowing who was staff or not. It would be a good idea if all staff was wearing a uniform.
