We weren't able to check in at 2pm as per the booking details which was really inconvenient however we were given a couple of drink vouchers for ostani while we waited. The staff kindly gave us two car parks as they weren't full. Even though i paid and booked for 5 guests, after asking the staff what the bedding arrangement for the 5th person was, they advised they could provide a rollaway bed 'on request' and made it seem like they were doing us a favour. So was a little disappointed with service but the rooms were clean and comfortable.

The hotel is beautifully decorated, the room was so spacious and clean. Staff were very accommodating with an early check in and late check out. There’s a great rooftop bar and other great restaurants close by.

Had booked a 2 bed 2 bath apartment. Got only 1 bathroom. Unit a bit smaller too. Given a bottle of bubbles by reception staff but have stayed many times at Burbery so a bit disappointed at start of our 3 night stay

The staff were wonderful, contacting me before check in. I couldn’t work the dishwasher and maintenance came straight away to help. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. I definitely plan to visit again.

Rooms were nice 👍 not water in fridge which thought was bit slack considering I paid $650 for one night and had problems with the tvs but other then that it was good 😊
