The bed was good quality, I had a good night's sleep on it. When the noise from people outside the room finally died down about 11pm. Mugs instead of cups for tea and coffee was appreciated. Now for the not so good. The TV in the room was tiny and must have been about 10 years old at least. There was very little room to move around in once I put my suitcase down and it was so bad I tripped over it when getting out of bed and fell over and hit my head on the corner of the bedside shelf. Plus the bathroom/toilet capsule was so tiny you could barely move around in it. Not to mention that the steel step out of it became slippery after a shower and a slip hazard. I was also woken at 5am by someone using the toilet in the next room due to bad sound insulation between the rooms. There was also a step you could trip over easily as you left the room. As I was on the ground floor I had to keep the blind down on the window the whole time because people could see straight into my room from the car park, which was also a noise problem as they got into and out of their cars at all hours. Finally, food was advertised in the room, pizza, which was unavailable when I asked for it. And the guy on the desk didn't even realise I was waiting to speak to him because he had his head in his phone.

It was very easy to find and the staff was pleasant to speak to. the bed was comble. the step into the bathroom was a bit high to step into and out. just a little too small for an elderly couple. We would like a bigger room to stay next time we are in Canberra.

Check in staff were friendly and helpful, but had to sleep with the window open because of a smell coming from the bathroom. Also a fair bit of mildew on the shower & toilet walls. Otherwise room was comfortable.
