Great hotel, walking distance to Manuka Oval. Free bike hire makes it easy to get to Kingston Foreshore which there are many dining options and a nice ride along Lake Burley Griffin. Very friendly staff. If there is an event in eg footy at Manuka make sure you book dinner somewhere in advance.

Staff were really efficient, friendly and very helpful to myself and other guests. Rooms had everything you needed, with a minimum of fuss and none of the additional luxury items that are unnecessary. Good location for my purpose with easy access to my requirements for my short visit. Since I had no need to be cooking and preparing meals, those facilities I did not use. A few extra Coffee Pods, more than three, would have been appreciated. And I could not locate, find, the spare toilet role, when the one on the holder in the toilet had all but run out. It was a close call!
