We were not able to find the hotel! We were not able to find where to park? After driving around in the dark we could not find the correct lift. And ended up in a future shopping Centre Then the room key did not work and again on the second day!

1. I have added my friend's name to the book multiple time in multiple ways (from either phone call or on site face to face), but the receptionist still had issue to allow my friend check-in, really bad experience. 2. Car park, I only lived in the hotel for 2 days, but it took a day to add my car rego plate into the system, before adding it to the system, I have to press the button to call to open the boom gate and the staff wasn't cooperative at all. 3. When I checked in, the staff open the door by using her own key to go into the property to refill the snacks, this is a very unprofessional and inproper activity.

Second time at this serviced apartment. I really like it. Coffee pods and quality tea, nice welcome gift for guests with status, everything quite new. Minor downsides is that the beds aren’t as comfortable as some other hotels - not bad at all, but I’ve had better. Also, no full height mirror (at least in the basic rooms), no in-room safe and no physically seperate deadlock.

The staff was excellent and the room itself was very nice. My only major problem is that the vibe of the place is very gloomy. Grey walls, grey carpet, dark lighting, made it a bit stark and grim to be in there.

Had to book A by Adina SUPER last minute one night and after a long trip from Brisbane and some pre booked accomodation being terrible! A by Adina was there as a super comforting and welcoming establishment. Staff are friendly, rooms are amazing and the service was great. If you’re going to Canberra stay at A by Adina.

Housekeeping lets hotel down
The hotel is fairly modern and new but unfortunately the housekeeping element was dreadful. The apartment was not thoroughly cleaned at all during the stay, and I doubt it had been deep cleaned in a long time. Towels were not provided when we checked in, but this was quickly resolved. Parking on site is good, $20 per 24 hours. Gym is a good standard for a hotel Location is excellent Overall this hotel has great potential if they can resolve the housekeeping pitfalls.
