Parking is not available as there just isn’t enough. Our room wasn’t prepared for us - the sofa bed was meant to be made up and wasn’t. Cups in the cupboard were dirty and had coffee/tea drips down the side and inside. Overall the room wasn’t clean, it was dusty and dirty. Despite being asked to sign a “no party” form there was a loud party on the balcony above us. The best part though was at checkout when a single somewhat inefficient staff person was left to manage what seemed like an entire hotel checking out. When I queried why she was in her own she answered that they were short staffed but didn’t want to hire anyone to cover a long weekend as it was quiet otherwise. When I complained about the dirty room she said oh sorry, I can credit you back the car parking. Which we weren’t to pay anyway because it wasn’t used as not available. Wouldn’t stay here again, and would seriously question staying in any Mantra property.

Property is close to city center. Check in process was fast. Place is old. Sofa bed is uncomfortable. Paid $15 for parking on site but car park was full. Got the refund but was driving around looking for a place to park at night. Not a great experience.
