The lady who works Room Service at nights is an absolute delight. She always put an ice cold water and a sneaky chocolate in with her delivery. I didn’t catch her name, but a lovely lady!!! Thank you

Property was run down, mould around iner ring of toilet looked like it hasn't been cleaned in a while, thought the room was average for the price.
