Ease of parking. Pleasant friendly helpful staff. Lovely reception and bar area. Very clean room. Room needs a larger tv. and a couch - there was plenty of space for a couch. Fantastic value for what I paid. Will definitely stay again !

Room was nice, shower head was terrible! Gym & pool were closed without notifying me when I booked, it was hard to keep my teens entertained without this..

Paid for a room in a hotel with a restaurant, a pool and a gym. None of these facilities were operational. My room was non refundable, and i didnt find out this info until it was too late to find somewhere that did. Was informed that it was only because i booked through wotif that i wasnt aware, as these facilities were listed as non operational on their own website, but not on wotif. Was offered a bottle of wine ($8 wholesale) to compensate for the lack of facilities. Only after i made a complaint. I had driven a long way, and was too tired to argue, but really dont feel like i was appropriatly compensated, nor was the porblem rectified in any significant way. Will not be staying here again.

An iconic hotel which clearly has a lot of heritage. The decor is outdated though and uncomfortable.

I was upgraded to best room. Room was awesome. Bed and covers were great. Towels were clean and soft, best ever. Staff were fantastic. Love it. Will certainly be back at Ramada next trip. Thanks
