We were very disappointed on arrival at the hotel Found the young man at reception difficult to understand. We asked where we could leave our car instead of pointing at the sheet he had just given us and we would be able to follow instructions he proceeded to tell us where to park which we found hard to understand and how much it would be which was incorrect and nothing about the vouchers that were held by reception So parking became very expensive.

Located in the central part of Canberra, surrounded by lots of places to eat and drink. Easy walk to Canberra Central shopping centre and easy drive to all the tourist attractions. Perfect place to stay.

Lovely room, nice that they top up coffee pods etc every day. Close to really great restaurants with lots of options. Parking off site and note that there are 3 car parks at the shopping centre.
