Upon arrival, our special request was not received nor compensated. Staff members constantly tried to enter while ‘do not disturb’ was on the door. Even worse is the fact that they still proceeded after my partner stated she was getting dressed. We were also basically forced out of the room after affirming a late checkout prior. Very disappointed..

Amazing place that exceeded expectations. Great sized 2 bed 2 bath apartment with adjoining doors for my adult son to get his own privacy, Walking distance to CBD and the apartment had everything we needed. Staff were super helpful
