Bed was ridiculously high I’m 5’4” with a bad back and had difficulty getting in and out. Carpark was very awkward to get in and out of. Restaurant was very good but expensive for dinner. Had two breakfasts in there which were good.

The room was nice, nothing special but the spa was fabulous Pretty annoying you can't get anything to eat past 10pm when we arrived Staff were ok, polite but no warmth whatsoever Could not judge the breakfast as we left without it early morning

The hotel is in a great location. We arrived early and were able to check in straight away. We were given a free upgrade to a beautiful room that had a kitchenette and lounge area. The room was spotlessly clean and quiet. Bed was comfy and black out curtains ensured a good sleep. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again.

The hotel and room itself was to an ok standard, the balcony had spider webs everywhere, the pillows were hard, definitely not worth the $340 per night, the main reason we stayed was the restaurant, marble & grain, we were very disappointed in our experience at the restaurant, the food was very over priced, and a poor quality, ordered a 300 gram sirloin, what I ended up with was a $68 t bone with no eye fillet, it would’ve been lucky to be 150 gram and over cooked , I refused it , ordered a chicken snitzel, it came with chips, no gravy, and just lettuce leaves with some dressing, I would not recommend this restaurant, definitely over priced and poor quality food, there’s 20 other places in Canberra with better quality steaks at half the price

Spa suite was spacious, very comfortable and quiet for our 5 night stay. Convenient location within easy walk of good shopping, restaurants and cinema. Easy parking in the basement. Great breakfast daily ... yum. Recommended !!
