Incredibly long waits for every aspect of service. From check-in, parking, room service, dining and occasional services. Staff say they understand when you provide feedback, but never offer an apology for their wrongdoing or shortcomings. Their only comeback is that you are not my boss.

Perfect place to stay if you have an early flight out of Canberra. Dinner in the hotel restaurant was very nice even though it was a bit expensive. Only complaint was no teaspoons in the room

I liked the friendly and effficient service. They were generous with their offer to allow me to check in early. As I had a meeting later on that was much appreciated.
