Very limited parking for guests, arrived and there were no parks and was told by staff to park in the street. Was given a slip for dash with room number on it however a quarter of the vehicles parked did not have slips

Nearly everything I needed was supplied . There was only one cup and no waste bin but otherwise it was great. The bed was comfortable, TV and heating worked well. It was much better than expected for the price. I will definitely stay there again.

The place desperately needs refurbishment. Look at the balustrade on the stairwell leading up to the first floor or the missing drawer front in Room 9 for example. There is no excuse for the amount of dirt around the place. The lift is filthy and my room this time was a disgrace. The old phone connection to the right of the bed is covered in thick dust and the table looks like it hasn't been properly cleaned since it was first installed. Old is one thing; dirty is another

The rooms are perfect. I was a bit scared of the lift. There was minimum light at 2nd level towards the end.
