Loved the heritage of the building.Staff were excellent nothing was to much trouble. The room I stay was tired and for a first class hotel.There was a power board in my room to meet all the needs a traveller need to day with phones,iPad as such.The fridge was a disgrace the amount of ice was to it capacity.The head boards for the beds was coming away from the wall.It was a shame to see the room in this poor condition

Such a wonderful period Hotel. Amazing decor, fantastic location, & extremely helpful & pleasant staff. Our Junior Suite was spotless, cleaned every day, & enjoyed a lovely view over the trees of Bourke Street. Our first visit to The Windsor but certainly not our last. Thank you.

Lovely heritage property, beautiful artwork & flower installations in the lobby. Room was quite small, and very hot given that the in room aircon system was disabled & an overall setting had been applied. Room temp measured 27 degrees, when complaint was made suggestion was to open the window, which inevitably lead to noise issues. TV picture & sound quality was very poor, & made watching anything difficult. Bed was adequate but not very comfy. Overall a disappointing stay at what should have been a luxurious hotel. A return visit is doubtful given this experience.

Took my daughter down for a treat. The gods were against us and shortened our stay but , that aside, probably wouldn’t stay again. We were in a deluxe room which was big. Check in , despite me explaining that I was in a bit of a hurry, felt like I was dealing with the Rowan Atkinson character gift wrapping in ‘Love Actually’ Parking was easy , check out easy and breakfast pretty good ( no not a buffet , if your kids are into them ) .

Our stay at the Windsor was just wonderful. The staff were so thoughtful, efficient and lovely and the service was friendly and curtious I would definitely go again. The hotel itself was in a great location and the meal in the dining room was was great with excellent attention and service. Made us feel very welcome
