Where weren’t happy as we ordered Deluxe Room with a King Bed and we what we actually received was two single beds pushed together which was uncomfortable and keep moving apart and were only given fee parking for the error.

Awesome Hotel. Direct access to the MEL Convention and Events Centre. Fantastic bar on the 6th Floor with city skyline views that are next level when enjoying a drink. Great restaurants along the Wharf that are in easy walking distance. Clean, modern with friendly staff.

saff were lovely, breakfast was good. Location was amazing! We had a show at the convention center and was less the 100 meters from the door...... we were in bed before everyone else reached there cars :) fabulous restaurant just downstairs.

Room was clean and comfortable. Hotel is a little far away from public transport options, when the weather is very hot. There seemed to be very minimal staff at the hotel, including during a fire alarm at 10pm, where the single staff member on duty asked me to manage other guests and stop them from re-entering the hotel while the alarms were going off. More staff, and more training on emergency protocols is needed here. This very obvious lack of staffing tainted what was otherwise a comfortable stay.
