Main bedroom, bathroom and lounge room were comfortable. However secondary bed was just 2 singles pushed together and thus was quite uncomfortable. Cleaning practices were quite poor, especially considering this is 4 Star property. On the surface it looked great, but once you look a little closer you notice a few things just aren’t right. Clearly visible dirty hand prints on glass and light switches were quite dirty too. I’ll keep this as respectful as possible…cleaner should’ve gone to Specsavers!

Surprisingly very quiet. Close to train station and tram stops. Walk to Southbank, cbd. Upgraded to a larger room with great views which made my kiddies extra happy.

Staff were not friendly and nothing was explained very well. No book in our room with front desk phone numbers, local dining options, Melbourne sights etc. Our room was very grotty. Huge sticky patches on the floor in multiple locations, a heap of previous guests' hair and very dusty on the floor. The couch was very stained and dirty. We felt very uncomfortable sitting on it. The pillows were huge and uncomfortable. The air con didn't reach the bedroom. The roll away bed was hard as a rock. We had 3 guests in our room but only 2 cups, 2 little milks etc. The location was great for us as we were visiting the Melbourne Convention Centre, but that was our only positive. The gym was also great but needed to be properly maintained. Cleanliness was an issue, it was very smelly and no water dispenser. Wouldn't stay there again.

We loved this beautiful apartment. The bed was really comfortable and the apartment was spacious looking out to Flinders Street. It was a bit disappointed no balcony. The communication could have been better. We decided to extend and due to illness o got my brother to make the payment. That was good. It was more the check out lady. No smiles. In writing reviews I look out for smile and welcoming. Overall I have no problem and would definitely come back again.

Dont stay here booked for 3 people 2 baby size bed supplied then they bring up another small bed and that takes up all the room, we paid for 3 people, and by the way the TV does not work, they said bad reception.
