This was an excellent stay. The staff were terrific, accommodating, helpful and cheerful. The room was excellent, spacious, extremely clean, very well resourced with cooking and laundering facilities. The bed was so so comfortable. Lovely hot shower. Loved the room even got a cheeky late check out. Was able to keep the car there after check out for a few more hours. Great price. Only issue very minor there was no milk in the frige.

This property is very convenient, being close to the Melbourne Aquarium, Southbank, Southern Cross station and multiple tram routes. There are a number of convenient cafes and breakfast venues and convenience stores close by. The two bed suite we stayed in was well laid out and equipped and had a small balcony we could sit on. The bathroom would be difficult for people with disabilities as it was quite small, but adequate for most.

A little daunting at entrance trying to figure out how to get inside without the room key n tags, it was dark and cold. I slipped in as a guest as they used to system to exit. Other than that I would stay anytime, it was great value clean and convenient location. I will add this place to my first to check list if available when i plan to visit Melbourne.

Modern, clean and conveniently located accommodation. It is in a slightly noisy part of town, but if you are on one of the higher levels should not be a problem. Staff friendly and close to many restaurants including Southbank.

The bedroom was a long way away from hearing and it was a cold night. The bedroom window didn't seem to seal closed properly therefore there was outside noise. The bed only had one light duvet inner, I added the second light duvet inner but remained cold so I ended up taking the sheets and one inner to the lounge and sleeping on the couch which wasn't ideal but I was warm with the heat pump on low
